Requirements include:
Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Experience installing and terminating Coax, CAT3, CAT5e, CAT6.
- Experience with installation and termination of 1⁄2” Coax a plus
- Experience with installing fiber optic cable.
- Experience terminating and testing fiber a plus.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Provide and use basic, essential hand tools as required
- Perform high level of craftsmanship in securing equipment, running and securing system cable (terminating power and ground cabling at the equipment and fuse/ breaker panels)
- Attention to detail in the thoroughness of installation, while interpreting project engineering documentation, placement of equipment, system cabling, and creating labels to identify origination and termination points
