Position Description:
The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.
Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Ada’s on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Café Tu Tu Tango, Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Theismann’s, The Royal, and Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge.
Position Responsibilities:- Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
- Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.
- Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.
- Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
