Business Specialist - TSS

Responsibilities

:•Act as the TSS Systems subject matter expert by owning training content, best practices, and process documentation. Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and process flows; coordinate in-person and virtual training for new hires and existing users; and ensure documentation and materials are updated to reflect system changes, enhancements, and evolving business practices.•Analyze data from existing reports and dashboards to identify operational trends, training gaps, and process improvement opportunities. Interpret results and provide insights and recommendations to leadership, while collaborating with reporting teams to suggest enhancements to standard reports that better support business needs.•Provide ongoing day-to-day operational support for TSS by serving as a primary point of contact for identified issues and performance gaps.
