Lesker Company is seeking a highly capable and strategic leader to serve as Business Segment Manager for the Vacuum Mart Process Solutions Group .

This role is responsible for the global leadership, growth strategy, and financial performance of a critical product portfolio including vacuum pumps , valves , and pressure measurement solutions.

The Business Segment Manager will own the development and execution of the long-term strategic pla n for the segment, aligning product positioning, supplier partnerships, and commercial initiatives with global market opportunities.

This individual will play a central role in driving revenue growth, margin expansion , and market share across key regions, while ensuring the organization remains responsive to evolving customer and industry demands.
