Responsibilities

As a Business Senior Associate, you will engage in rotational project work and cross‑functional collaboration across several key teams during the program.

• Rotate across two major teams:
  • Lending & Credit Ops – Design GTM experiments, support loan campaigns, assist in portfolio risk analysis, and work with Product and Collections teams.
  • Merchant Payments & QR – Support merchant onboarding, data‑driven incentive programs, and contribute to “Tap & Scan” or GrabPay ecosystem launches.
