Elite Business Development Rep (Outside Sales) – $80K–$95K Base + $5K Car AllowanceOur partner is hiring a driven Outside Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to grow new business in the commercial glass and glazing service industry across Missouri.
This is a true hunter, field-based sales role focused on building new relationships, developing commercial accounts, and driving revenue through fast-response service solutions and long-term maintenance agreements.
You’ll be in the field daily engaging property managers, facility teams, and commercial building decision-makers, owning your territory and actively creating new opportunities.
