In this role, you will support the Branch Manager in expanding business profitability efficiently while managing Agency, RHB Group, and Direct business portfolios to maximize productivity. You will work closely with underwriters and various stakeholders to accept new risks, grow market share, and enhance agency force through strategic initiatives and relationship-building.
