About the job Business Development Executive
Experience and qualifications:
- Grade 12
- FAIS Compliant / If not candidate will have to attend a Learnership to obtain necessary credits whilst employed at the brokerage
- Computer Literacy
- Typing – speed and accuracy: 45 – 55wpm; 100% accuracy
- Intermediate Numeracy and Maths skills
Key performance areas:
- Establishing the insurance needs for clients and quoting them accordingly
- Comparing current policies/ quotations to our available products and quoting
- accordingly
- Issuing of policies once clients accept quotations.
- Telephonic Sales
- Working closely with consultants to sign up new clients.
- Proficient in Administration
- Demonstrate Personal Competence
- Quoting new clients
- Managing an electronic diary in terms of day to day follow ups
