Business Application Support Analyst

The position is ideal for someone who has supported financial services applications and understands payment flows well enough to troubleshoot issues, research transaction behavior, assist with testing, document support procedures, and communicate business impact clearly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day application and production support for payment platforms.
• Troubleshoot payment issues across APIs, backend services, queues, files, and integrations.
• Research wire and payment transaction questions, including timing, failures, and exceptions.
• Support incident response, escalation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, vendors, and business users.
• Assist with testing for new services, enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes.
