About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Application Support Analyst to lead Production Operations and Service Delivery for Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems and critical enterprise applications.
This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of systems supporting billing, invoicing, collections, and financial operations across global regions. You will collaborate across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA, Siebel, and enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot incidents and manage production issues
- Ensure smooth billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Manage tickets via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
