What You Will Do
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and support delivery through backlog refinement and business acceptance testing.Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage relevant to entitlement and authorization processes.Analyze and improve cross-team processes related to platform operations and customer onboarding, with a focus on standardization, automation, and efficiency.Provide functional support to internal and external users on entitlement topics and contribute to systematic data quality and consistency checks across connected platforms.
