    • This local council is seeking a Business Analyst Team Leader to come on board and lead a team of Business Analyst's who improve organisational service delivery and review the current work BA practices to accelerate project delivery tasks.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review and maintain the council's Business Analysis Framework
  • Build strategic alignment between IT and the business
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of business analysts across multiple projects
  • Mature the Business Analyst Practice by apply industry standard practices
  • Conduct quality reviews of analysis work and artefacts produced by business analysts.
