The Business Analyst provides the critical data-driven insights and operational support needed to drive Igloo's commercial strategy. This role is perfect for a graduate who loves turning complex data into clear stories and ensuring complex projects stay on track.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate Business Needs: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders (brokers, underwriters, operations) and translate them into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner Presentations: Assist in creating pitch materials as well as business review data sets for client-facing teams to directly import in their interactions.
- Bridge Technical & Business Teams: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering/product teams, ensuring solutions accurately reflect business needs.
