Business Analyst- Kronos - Cape Town

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Manager / Business Analyst (Kronos/UKG) to lead the redesign of Retail Workforce Management (WFM) processes for a major retail environment.

This initiative requires the creation of new retail‑specific workforce management process designs rather than reusing distribution centre models, due to the unique complexities in retail forecasting, scheduling rules, task/workload drivers, leave structures, time capture, and pay rules.

The successful candidate will define future‑state operating processes and controls that can be configured into an enterprise WFM platform (UKG) and successfully adopted across retail stores.
