Building Technician

Job Description Summary

To ensure PGAT-1 and PGAT-2 walkable ceiling in good condition, comply with all PM requirements, assist any vendor job or project related to walkable ceiling, and support building facilities, production, restrooms, ceiling, roofing, tiling work, and carpenters work in compliance with standard operating procedures, specifications, safety and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Building Technician drives maintenance programs, including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities, applying best practices and implementing mandatory routine inspections in conformance with standard operating procedures.
• Supports emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment and monitors building facilities closely.
• Implements risk assessments that identify operational risks including occupational health and safety, essential services, and environmental concerns.
