Vacancy Description
- Responsible for the overall operational task from receipt of shipment handling instructions through approved brokerage shipping instructions, up to the turn over of files with complete documents to the Billing Section
- Receive and review shipment documents for customs clearing
- Requests amendment, if necessary, and informs the clients accordingly
- Coordinates with the Declarant for computation necessary of duties and taxes, and the lodgment of entry.
- Provides regular and timely updates to consignee on the status of their shipments
