Branch Manager

Responsibilities

: • Talent Management - Branch associate engagement including collaboration among functions, problem resolution, & coaching and developing associates. • Customer Experience – Satisfactory VOC scores and customer retention rates. Includes any account management activities. • Operations Management – Ensuring that the Branch meets district goals including any involvement with Fleet / Assets management • Financial / P&L Management – Branch P&L performance • Other projects and tasks as assigned
