Position Overview

We are currently seeking a BPO Supervisor to join our team in Manila. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end health claims administration services for a leading health plan client in the United States. The supervisor will manage processes, coaching, quality, and productivity of the claims processing team to meet service level agreements and improve member satisfaction.

General Duties and Tasks

• Supervises claims processing teams ensuring highest quality of service.
• Distributes work, calculates and communicates productivity and quality results, and reviews audit appeals.
• Monitors production goals, reports results and issues to higher‑level leadership.
• Assists team with escalated claims processing issues.
