Troubleshoot issues reported by users and fix
Skills 7+ years of experience in designing and developing reports using Business Objects DESKI, WEBI
Experience with Universe Design Tool, Oracle database
Experience in creating Autosys jobs, Unix commands
Experience with Configuration Management Console CMC
Good knowledge of SQL, JIRA for requirements and defects management
Ability to work closely with developers, users and other stakeholders
Good communication skills
