Biomedical Technician II - ASC-Patchogue - Part Time Days

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Biomedical Technician II - ASC-Patchogue - Part Time Days - Biomed - Suffolk - - Thursday and Frida.

In this role, the successful candidate Primary responsibilities include testing, calibrating and performing recommended preventive maintenance on various medical devices including defibrillators, bedside monitors, IV pumps, hypothermia units, and other devices deployed throughout the hospital. Demonstrated knowledge of CMMS system (to be converted to Connectiv application). Ability to work independently to meet PM goals and repair equipment on a timely basis to provide nursing with the tools to perform quality patient care. Understanding of DNV, NYS DOH and other regulatory agencies and preparing documents for surveys (announced and unannounced).
