Bindery Team Leader - North West - £Excellent package

We are looking for high calibre Bindery Team Leaders to join our client.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling, organizing, tasking and developing crew; controlling and use of material resources; ensuring quality and achievement of schedules; health & safety and equipment care and maintenance.
• Minimise potential delays in the process that would cause delays to agreed schedules and lead to equipment standing time.
• Reduce waste to a minimum due to the high cost of raw material.
• Manage and monitor a small team assigned to a machine.
• Ensure maximum potential output and quality is achieved for the shift period.
• Take responsibility for all materials required to fulfil job requirement for shift.
• Pass jobs for quality and ensure sample/file copies are available to agreed timescales.
• Maintain equipment to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.
