BIM Manager (A1 Main Contractor)

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing BIM processes, coordination, digital construction workflows and project delivery excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead and manage the overall BIM strategy, implementation and execution for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows and coordination procedures.
• Coordinate BIM activities among consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Conduct clash detection, model reviews and coordination meetings to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, authority regulations and company standards.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of BIM models for client and regulatory approvals.
