BIM Coordinator (Pipeline)

Role Description

This role will use technical knowledge and experience to apply practical engineering production skills in a BIM environment for larger and more complex projects. It involves leading a BIM team in model and drawing production for a single discipline, coordinating with the BIM Manager and discipline lead, ensuring compliance with project and company standards, meeting client Exchange Information Requirements (EIR), and coordinating clash detection, resolution activities, and QA/QC on technical drawings.

Role Accountabilities

• Delegate workload to modelers across disciplines.
• Coordinate clash detection and resolution activities.
• Provide oversight on workflow and coordinate with the BIM Manager regarding any issues.
• Support engineers with workflow, drawing standards, and BIM software usage.
