BIM Coordinator - MEPF

What You’ll do:

• Manages small, medium, and large‑scale BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical and Sanitary (Hydraulic) services using Revit MEP and CAD by agreeing on drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggesting methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.

• Assists CAD/BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator in estimation and costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client’s inputs.

• Assists CAD/BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator in agreeing project schedule and delivery program.

• Sets up BIM models to the project standards and liaises with Model Managers, Lead BIM Coordinator and team members.

• Creates work sets, work‑sharing methodologies in Revit models.

• Resources planning for projects.

• Flags resource concerns in advance to CAD/BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator.
