Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the Finance Department for billing-related inquiries.
- Pull and distribute invoices and account statements as requested.
- Respond to client questions related to their invoices and elevate complex issues when needed.
- Manage website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned, to support other members of the Implementation Team.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system‑based tasks.
- Flexible, self‑directed worker with the ability to follow processes and elevate appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, with elevated Excel knowledge preferred.
