Billing Production Executive

The Billing Production Executive operates within the Billing team and is responsible for the creation and invoicing of customers. The role involves managing end-to-end billing cycle operations and ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation for our customers. In this role, the individual will execute monthly billing runs, monitor batch processing jobs, resolve production exceptions, and ensure data integrity throughout the billing cycle. Employees will be required to work according to the operational hours of the overseas operations they support.
