Billing Manager - Night Shift

Role description

The Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the billing team and providing effective guidance. They manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, accurate and timely invoicing, and proper workload distribution. The Billing Manager provides leadership to the team about operational matters and works closely with Business Lines/Billing POC’s on the defined KPIs and SLAs based on the scope of work. Additionally, they assist the Project to Cash Manager in achieving exceptional client service in the region and cost-effectiveness. They collaborate with various internal teams to streamline billing processes and implement best practices.
