Bilingual Receptionist

Location: Tewksbury, MA (On-site at 367 East Street)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute lunch break)

Assignment Length: 6 Months (Contract)

Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to support the MassHealth Enrollment Center in Tewksbury, MA. This is a front-facing, fast-paced role ideal for candidates with strong customer service, clerical, and administrative support experience. The Receptionist will greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, handle mail, maintain records, and perform data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
