**Job Description**

**Must Have an Active LPN License in IL**

**Schedule Requirement:** This role requires availability for nights and weekends. Standard coverage hours are **5:00am–9:00pm on weekdays** and **6:00am–5:00pm on weekends** .

The starting pay for this position is **$30 per hour** . Final compensation may be adjusted based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
