Job Description

HR Generalist (Multi-Site – Based in Arbuckle, CA) English and Spanish speaking required. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across North American based locations.

Position Summary
This HR partner will work with operations leadership, colleagues, HR team members, and centers of excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality human resources support across multiple locations in the United States. This role supports a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, workforce management, performance management, policy interpretation, compliance, and more. This HR partner will help foster an engaged, safe, and productive work environment. This HR partner will have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
