Bid Team Lead

An exciting, and rare, opportunity has come up in the North West for a Bid Team Leader, working for a leading law firm. Managing a small team you will take ownership of guiding the function to becoming the best they can be.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the firm to ensure the business wins the work it wants to work on.
• Build and maintain a robust Go/NoGo process to focus on relevant bids.
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues in all aspects of the bid process to aid with increasing the win percentage.
• Work on all manner of bids and tenders from major public sector frameworks to individual commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience at a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager level within a law or accountancy firm.
• APMP qualification or equivalent.
