Optum is seeking a BI Analyst to support a large-scale initiative migrating legacy BI reporting from SAP BusinessObjects to Microsoft BI tools. This role is highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing, requiring strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience supporting BI users in an agile environment.
Day to Day/Responsibilities:
- Set up, lead, and participate in meeting with internal teams and external stakeholders to support BI reporting initiatives
- Gather business and technical requirements and document the current BI reporting landscape
- Analyst existing reports and workflows to recommend future design during the migration to Microsoft BI tools
- Provide daily and weekly status updates to internal and external teams
- Serve as a point of contact for end users providing guidance and troubleshooting
