Position: BESS Senior Project Developer

What will you be doing?

• Lead the development of utility-scale BESS projects from site identification, permitting, and design through to financial close.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of BESS projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and investor expectations.
• Manage relationships with landowners, local authorities, grid operators, and other external stakeholders to secure necessary permits, grid connections, and approvals.
• Prepare project financial models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, commercial, project management) to ensure smooth handover from development to construction.
• Track market trends, policy changes, and technology developments in BESS to inform strategic planning.
