Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors upon arrival and departure with professionalism and genuine hospitality Opening doors and assisting guests entering and exiting the property Escorting guests to rooms and explaining room features and amenities, including room keys, in-room safes, mini-bars, ice/vending locations, and laundry services Providing clear information about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions Transporting guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas Assisting with luggage storage and retrieval Assisting guests in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage Providing directions and local area recommendations Arranging guest transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine/sedan service) and documenting advance transportation requests as needed Communicating hotel parking and valet pr...
