Behaviour Support Assistant – PRU Setting
Are you confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour? We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant for a pupil referral setting focused on positive behaviour change in South Durham
You will support pupils who need clear boundaries and consistent support.
Responsibilities:
• Support behaviour management in class.
• Assist with de-escalation and reflection.
• Reinforce routines and expectations.
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff.
Skills & Qualities:
• Resilient and proactive mindset.
• Experience with behaviour support.
• Calm and assertive communication style.
Help pupils develop positive pathways forward.
