Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentors to work in primary schools across Chester and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with behavioural, social, and emotional needs and helping them to engage positively with school life and learning.

The schools we work with are welcoming and inclusive, with strong pastoral systems and a commitment to supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to children who require additional behavioural support in the classroom and around school.

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
