Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

About the role: The Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing individual assessments, program planning, clinical case coordination, and direct intervention within the Behavioural Health Supports department. This role includes designing, implementing and overseeing evidence-based programming and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. The Behaviour Analyst ensures treatment plans are data-driven, inclusive, and trauma-informed, supporting skill development and positive behaviour change in individuals receiving services.
