Behavioral Health Specialist 2nd Shift / 3pm- 11pm Be part of a team providing innovative life changing residential care to youth in need. The Behavioral Health Specialist utilizes their unique skills and understanding of trauma and mental health to provide direct care to teenage youth in a residential setting. They work as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive service delivery. The Behavioral Health Specialist plays a crucial role by providing and monitoring therapeutic interventions, engaging youth in treatment programing and in motivating a positive peer culture. They are consistent in demonstrating therapeutic communication, unconditional positive regard and empathy during all interactions with youth and their families. This treatment center is a 24/7 residential facility for adolescent males.
