Successful applicants will have:
Working Rights in AustraliaPrevious experience at CDP or Sous Chef level with high end functions exposureYou will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesBe a team player, but also be able to work autonomouslyAttention to detail and great time management is a mustExcellent English communication skillsStandard chef uniform and knife kit is necessaryImpeccable hygiene and groomingBe familiar and up to date with Food Safety requirements and WHS legislationQualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent The Benefits
