About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a driven Business Development Manager to join a well‑established organisation operating within the commercial refrigeration and hospitality equipment sector. This role is responsible for driving growth across Victoria and Tasmania by developing strong dealer relationships, expanding project sales, and identifying new direct and indirect market opportunities.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of dealer and end‑user accounts while actively building demand through engagement with hospitality groups, consultants, specifiers, and designers. From prospecting and proposal development through to negotiation and account management, this is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship‑building, and delivering results in a territory‑based environment.
