An opportunity has arisen for a Baseline & Change Engineer to support delivery on a major UK programme, working within an established Project Controls team.This is a hands-on role focused on supporting change processes and maintaining project baselines.

Your new role

Support the implementation of change control processes

Maintain and update project baselines across cost and schedule

Analyse change impacts and support performance reporting

Work closely with planners, cost engineers, and PMO teams

Ensure alignment between scope, budget, and programme delivery

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering

Understanding of change management and baseline principles

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with tools such as P6, Excel, or reporting platforms
