Manager – Accounting & Business Advisory

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join a dynamic accounting and advisory team in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to lead client portfolios, mentor staff, and deliver both compliance and strategic business advisory services.

What You’ll Do

• Provide business advisory, financial modelling, and strategic planning support
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, cashflows, and tax returns
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff and support teams
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and practical advice
• Contribute to business development, networking, and growth initiatives
• Participate in advisory projects, including valuations, acquisitions, restructuring, and funding
