NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Report to the F&B Supervisor/Manager
• Be assigned to a department, either Bar, Café or Kitchen, but you may cross over to other outlets temporarily or permanently depending on your skills, ambitions and business requirements
• Have sound knowledge and experience working with great coffee and food and the courage to offer something a little different to the Generator guest
