Lead the Banquet and Catering Operations as a Supervisor, assisting the Manager to maintain high standards of service in our food service department.
In this essential role, you will oversee food production and personnel, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations. Your focus on teamwork and effective communication will be key in motivating staff and addressing customer needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the supervision of food service units
• Oversee the production of menu items and cash handling
• Manage staffing, including hiring and training efforts
• Communicate with patrons to resolve any issues
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum one year in food service management
• Required: FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
• Knowledge of comprehensive health and safety standards
