Bancassurance Contact Centre Executive

MSIG Insurance (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Bancassurance Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role involves assisting with daily inbound call and email inquiries, outbound call campaigns, and complaint case investigations.

The ideal candidate is a Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Insurance or Business Studies, and fresh graduates are welcomed. Previous experience in a Call Centre is an advantage, and strong interpersonal skills with a customer focus are essential.
