Baker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform food preparation tasks and clean and maintain the premises
• Make sure you comply with the rules regarding hygiene, safety and quality.
• Dessert development and presentation
• Purchasing and inventory of all bakery preparation products and supplies
• Stock the bakery with products and supplies as required
• Leave bakery area clean and organized at all times

 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience as a baker
• Experience working in a restaurant
• Experience working as a team
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
