Comprehensive Application and Background Evaluation: Independently conduct thorough reviews of driver applications and consumer reports, verifying employment history, identifying gaps, and documenting verification results.Compliance and Driver Eligibility Determination and Decision Making: Conduct compliance and eligibility assessments by evaluating driver applications and verification details, making decisions on additional criminal history and motor vehicle reports as needed; proactively identify and flag applications that do not meet company standards, placing holds on driver files and initiating corrective actions for unmet employment or Tractor Trailer School requirements.Professional Communication and Issue Resolution: Maintain effective communication with applicants, previous employers, internal supervisors, and the safety department to resolve file discrepancies promptly, ensuring timely and accurate ...
