Backend Engineer

At Icalia Labs, we build high-impact software products and AI-powered solutions for startups and enterprise clients. We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to build and scale integrations with third-party APIs that expand the capabilities of an AI agent platform. You’ll design secure, reliable, usage-aware integrations through internal TypeScript SDKs and private npm packages used by AI systems and developer platforms. This is a high-ownership role for someone autonomous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven. The pace is fast, targeting approximately 3 new integrations per week and you’ll be expected to independently translate vendor documentation into production-grade integrations while making sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.
