AVP IT Problem Analyst — Problem Management & Insights

OCBC company in Singapore is looking for an IT Problem Analyst (AVP) to support the Problem Management lifecycle. This role involves detailed analysis and coordination to improve service stability and prevent incidents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Service Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Familiarity with ITIL practices is essential. This position is strictly on-site at our East locations.
