Support All-Hands meetings and larger internal/external events (Tiers 1 & 2)Setup and breakdown of events (if applicable)Integrate company communication platforms with physical meeting spacesTroubleshoot and resolve AV issues in event spacesCollaborate with Workplace and Facilities teams on room and venue preparationsDevelop technical plans for regular corporate events (quarterly reviews, team meetings)Provide guidance to Level 1 technicians on company equipment standardsSupport remote employee participation in hybrid eventsParticipate in cross-departmental planning meetings for upcoming eventsTrain and mentor Level 1 techniciansAssist with equipment procurement recommendations
